Design a Three-Year Plan

Design a Three-Year Plan When running a business, an effective leadership strategy is to “start with the end in mind.” Using your template from above, make a plan to sell your business in three years. Your goal is to create the most valuable company you can at the end of this time. At the three-year mark, you have two choices – continue on this path and actually sell the company, or, you can “buy” it. Not actually purchase it again, but emotionally re-commit to the next three-year plan.
